Prenatal Chiropractic

Prenatal chiropractic care can help relieve discomfort that’s being placed on the spine and pelvis during pregnancy. Dr. Alyssa and Dr. Brenda focuses on helping expecting mothers by improving and restoring joint mobility to the spine and pelvis to reduce pain (low back, sciatica, pelvic, and pubic symphysis discomfort) and allow for an easier birthing process.

They specialize in the Webster Technique which is specifically designed for pregnancy. Webster technique focuses on the sacrum, pelvis, and surrounding ligaments. Adjustments are made to the spine or pelvis to reduce discomfort due to the postural changes that occur throughout pregnancy.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling (DN) is an effective treatment for musculoskeletal complaints and myofascial trigger points. It’s used to release tension or “knots” within a muscle that may be the root of discomfort. Its effective for reducing pain, improving mobility, range of motion and facilitating the recovery phase to get you feeling better faster.
